Welcome

Be careful, and make sure you don't get lost trying to figure out which scent you're chasing.

My name is Tim Weissker, and I am currently working as a research and teaching assistant at the Virtual Reality and Visualization Research Group at Bauhaus-Universität Weimar. My research interests include interaction techniques for multi-user VR systems, head-mounted display installations for multiple collocated and remote user groups and group navigation techniques in social virtual reality. On the subpages of this website, you will find:

Officially, my last name contains the German letter "ß" (Tim Weißker), which can be rewritten as "ss" in the international domain (Tim Weissker). The German spelling caused a lot of confusions in citations of my first papers, in which the "ß" was written as "b", "B" or even "β". As a result, I will stick to the international version in future publications.
